Welcome to TheSlabPlugs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

TheSlabPlugs specialises in the sale of:

• Authentic graded cards (PSA, ACE, CGC, etc.)

• Single cards (raw/NM+)

• Sealed trading card products

• Collectible accessories (top loaders, sleeves, binders, etc.)

• Dropshipped accessories from trusted suppliers, including our verified Japanese supplier for certain products

All products listed are genuine to the best of our knowledge, and we aim to provide clear and accurate descriptions for every item.

2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

Graded Cards:
All graded slabs sold by us are guaranteed to be authentic and graded by the company stated on the label. We do not alter, tamper with, or crack-and-reseal any slabs.

Raw Singles:
Raw cards will be sold in the condition stated in the listing (e.g., NM+, LP, etc.). These are honest assessments but not professional grades. Condition may vary slightly due to subjective evaluation.

Sealed Products:
All sealed items are factory-sealed unless otherwise noted. We do not guarantee pull rates or contents.

Accessories:
Certain accessories may be fulfilled and shipped by our trusted Japanese supplier or other verified third-party vendors. We ensure these suppliers are legitimate and provide high-quality products.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment must be completed at checkout to secure your item.

• In rare cases of inventory error, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified unless you contact us immediately and we confirm the change.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout.

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

• Tracking will be provided when available.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier.

If an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will assist based on the courier’s policies.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Graded Cards & Singles:

• All sales are final.

• Due to the collectible nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the wrong item is sent.

• Condition claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Sealed Products:

• No returns once the product is opened.

• Returns for sealed items are only accepted if the wrong product was received.

Accessories (Dropshipped & Supplier Items):

• Accessories fulfilled by our trusted Japanese supplier or other verified vendors are subject to supplier-specific return rules.

• Any unused items in original condition may be eligible for returns within 7 days if permitted by the supplier.

6. FRAUD, FALSE RETURNS & SCAM PREVENTION

We operate a zero‑tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity.

By purchasing from us, you agree that:

• Returning a different card or fake item instead of the original is fraud and will be reported.

• Providing false chargeback claims will result in a dispute, legal action if necessary, and a permanent ban from future purchases.

• We maintain detailed records, serial numbers, and packing evidence for verification.

Any attempt at scamming, switching items, or abusing return/refund systems will be dealt with immediately and may involve legal authorities.

7. LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

• Losses due to incorrect addresses

• Delays caused by couriers

• Market fluctuations in card value

• Any damage caused by mishandling after delivery
